summer is just about here, and it's time to stock up the freezer with popsicles. i love all kinds of popsicles, whether it be store bought or homemade. and when it comes to homemade, finding a fun popsicle mold is half of the fun. i own so many different kinds. every time i see a new one that i don't have, i buy it….because you can never have enough popsicles. i also like to use dixie cups, which make great popsicle molds that you can peel off. you can also use ice cube trays or small cups. but what ever you use, your still going to end up with the same thing in the end...a yummy frozen treat full of summer fun.
below i am sharing some of my favorite popsicle molds. i own just about all of them. and my kids love creating their own popsicle flavors and choosing which ice pop mold to use. it's exciting to see the finished result…there is a lot of anticipation of waiting for them to fully freeze. i watch the kids run to the freezer to check on them all day long. making popsicles is just too much fun.
