Yesterday we went with some friends to the Sigler Park Splash Pad in Westminster. did I mention that it is FREE. it was fun....especially since it was hot, hot, hot! (finally)

The kiddies had a blast running around in the water, and a lot of other kiddies too. it was a bit crowded, but everyone had plenty of room to play. there were water squirters, water falls, things that dropped water on you, and all sorts of cool water features. i also brought some large beach buckets which the kiddies loved to fill up! (i recommend bringing a beach bucket…they had a lot of fun)
The mommies brought some beach chairs and sat back watching the kids play...but you could get in your swim suit an join in the fun. if i didn't have baby...i would have jumped in. there are also picnic tables, benches and bathroom in the facility.
After the splash pad, the kiddies enjoyed the park. lots of playground equipment and shade trees. (even 2 ice cream trucks and a man selling cotton candy...hee hee)

Know Before You Go to Sigler Park Splash Pad
These items are not allowed in the Sigler Park Splash Pad area:
- No food, drinks, or glass
- No running
- No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades/skates, or scooters
- No smoking or pets allowed in the splash pad area.
Children who are not yet potty-trained must wear swim diapers in the splash pad.
Sigler Park Splash Pad Private Party Rentals
Sigler Park Splash Pad does allow private party rentals for special events! Private rentals are available from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. on days of operation.
- Rental fee is $200 non-residents, $180 Westminster residents
- Credit Card Authorization Form will be kept on file as a security deposit
- Maximum of 50 guests entering the facility

- The splash pad is located inside Sigler Park in Westminster. If you're coming from the 405 Freeway, take the Westminster Boulevard exit and head east, then turn onto Plaza Street. The splash pad is located within the park near the community center and playground area. Parking is available at the park.
