Sigler Park Splash Pad

yesterday we went with some friends to the Sigler Park Splash Pad in Westminster. did i mention that it is FREE. it was fun….especially since it was hot, hot, hot! (finally)

the kiddies had a blast running around in the water, and a lot of other kiddies too. it was a bit crowded, but everyone had plenty of room to play. there were water squirters, water falls, things that dropped water on you, and all sorts of cool water features. i also brought some large beach buckets which the kiddies loved to fill up! (i recommend bringing a beach bucket…they had a lot of fun)

the mommies brought some beach chairs and sat back watching the kids play…but you could get in your swim suit an join in the fun. if i didn’t have baby…i would have jumped in. there are also picnic tables, benches and bathroom in the facility.

after the splash pad, the kiddies enjoyed the park. lots of playground equipment and shade trees. (even 2 ice cream trucks and a man selling cotton candy…hee hee)
