Knott's Mother's Day Brunch

Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant holds many wonderful memories for people all around the world. since 1934, people would line up for hours just to try her fried chicken. and i am sure this historic restaurant holds memories for many of you too. did you know that Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant has a Champagne brunch every sunday? and even better, there will be a special Mother's Day Brunch this coming mother's day!

i had the chance to enjoy the Knott's Mother's Day Champagne Brunch with some other blogger mommas. good thing we all came with empty bellys. i even think some didn't eat the day before so that they could fill up on yummy Knott's food.

i haven't seen so many choices since a Vegas Buffet. i mean there was a meat carving station complete with prime rib, an omelet bar, salmon, an ice sculpture adorned with shrimp, fresh specialty salads, apple stuffing, bacon, sausage, breakfast breads, bagels, potatoes, mexican food station, deviled eggs, and most importantly, Mrs. Knott's fried chicken and biscuits....just to name a few. we happily filled our plates (more than a few times) with our favorites!

and i haven't even gotten to the desserts yet. Knott's Famous Boysenberry Pie, peach cobbler, chocolate cake, chocolate brownies, chocolate mousse, cheesecakes, tarts...you name it, they had it.
