took some time out of a hectic week to make some ghost cookies. i am sure many of you have seen these before. Nutter Butter Sandwich Cookies dipped in white chocolate with chocolate chip eyes. an easy "semi-homeade" treat to do with the kiddies. wanna make some....
you need
white chocolate chips & chocolate chips
Nutter Butter Sandwich cookies
olive oil
wax paper
• heat white chocolate chips until melted
• add a dash of olive oil to melted chocolate to make it smoother.
• dip cookies until ⅔ covered (or more, or less)
• set on waxed paper and add chocolate chips for eyes
• let chocolate harden
• enjoy!
