Berry Breakfast Bowl Recipe

By Jill Parkin • Published: Oct 20, 2015 · Updated: Feb 2, 2021

they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but lately i've been struggling in that department. so i stopped into Ralph's (my local Kroger store) for some great breakfast inspiration. did you know that Kroger has an amazing selection of natural foods? they have organic, gmo-free, and other natural options throughout the store. just look for the signs on the aisles that say "Natural" to find all of your favorite natural food brands.

i picked up some items to make breakfast for my boys. they barely ever eat their breakfast, and it is so frustrating! i grabbed  some Noosa Yoghurt, some Silk Almond Milk, and some Kashi cereal.

the yoghurt is so thick and creamy, i knew it would be a great base for a delicous breakfast bowl.

there are real fruit pieces in there.

Noosa Yogurt

for this breakfast bowl recipe, you'll want to grab the raspberry or blueberry flavor, but i think the pumpkin would make a delicious breakfast as well. i might have to try it next time for myself.

How to make a delicious Berry Breakfast Bowl

to make a Berry Breakfast Bowl you need ½ cup Silk Almond Milk in vanilla or plain, 2 cups of frozen berries, 1 container of Noosa Yoghurt, Kashi Cereal, and a banana. this is enough for two-three bowls, depending on how hungry you are.

blend the berries, Noosa Yoghurt and Silk Almond milk in a blender until fully blended. if it is too thick, add more Silk, if it is too runny, add more berries.

pour into a bowl.

add some sliced bananas or your favorite fruit on top

doesn't that look amazing? my boys absolutely loved it, and I felt great about finally getting them to eat breakfast for once.
